what patients should bring
We understand that a stay in the hospital can be an unsettling experience. However, the entire staff at Bon Secours Hospital is committed to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. There are some things patients can do to help us achieve this goal.
Patients should bring the following information with them to the hospital:
- All insurance cards
- A list of all medications that you are taking
- Information about your emergency contact person (i.e. name and telephone number where this person can be reached)
- If needed, physician referrals
- Eyeglasses, dentures and hearing aides
Please leave all your valuables at home, or allow us to store them in the hospital safe. You are responsible for all items you keep with you.
